Reproduction steps

1. Enable Discord Presence plugin.
2. Choose a song and make it repeat after song finishes.

Expected Behavior

After the song completes a loop, the discord presence should correctly show the progress bar in the user profile.

Actual Behavior

The current song on loop gets marked as "paused" in the user's discord presence.
(After a loop)

Additional Information

The only way to fix this issue for now, is to pause and unpause the current song.
