22. As a user, I want the dateNextPurchased to revert back to its previous state if I uncheck an item that I checked by accident

Right now, when an item is actively unchecked (as opposed to unchecking after 24 hours), the dateNextPurchased does not revert back to its previous state, which throws off the sorting.

• When an item is actively unchecked, the dateNextPurchased reverts back to its previous state
• When an item is actively unchecked, it moves back to the position in the list that it was before checking
