Icons Missing on Remote Foundry Install

Describe the bug
When loading Foundry onto a non-local instance (I have a server hosted via vps, not the forge), the icons for using and equipping weapons do not appear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Host a server (I also have a test world up)
2. Open a character sheet
3. Add weapons
4. Note the equip/unequip icons are missing
5. Mouse over equipment or action to roll it
6. Note the icon is missing

Expected behavior
Support for all types of hosting, not just local.
