Talent On Obtain Resets

Describe the bug
I have been unable to reproduce this consistently, but the 'On Obtain' item array for Talents resets inconsistently. This happens most often when using compendium items, though I'm unsure if it's related. At one point I even got a dead/invalid item after setting the 'On Obtain' to a goal and refreshing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a talent item
2. Set its 'on obtain' to a goal (ideally from a compendium, as that's the use-case where it's come up most)
3. Refresh the page/reset foundry
4. Observe the 'on obtain' entry either being empty or the talent item appearing as invalid upon reload.

Expected behavior
'On Obtain' items should persist without extra effort nor chance of breaking the item they're set on.
