Path for virtual environments

Hello,

thank you for the new developments.

I keep my virtual environments in a central folder C:\Users\USERNAME\venvs, like conda used to do.

I then request an option to specify the folder in which virtual environments should be looked up into.

I’ve been quite busy with real life lately, but I’ll update it as soon as I can whenever I have time.

It looks like this feature has been added to the python-environment-tools.
