Add feature for installing uv #6
Description
The documentation for this extension states that it requires uv to be installed, but then it shows that in 5 different ways it's just a CLI one-liner, so I would expect that it would be rather easy for the extension to offer to install uv on the user's behalf.
The reason this is valuable is in an educational context. If I want to help a class full of students who are new to coding get set up with VS Code and Python, it would be great to tell them to just install one extension, and it's all GUI interactions from there, rather than having to teach them to drop to the command line and invoke some commands they won't understand and may easily type incorrectly. It would also make the extension self-contained, in a sense.
