I'm not about letting users post any public content they want on CLM, but private messages between two or more users is totally fine. I have implemented this before for other projects, and the comments section on blog posts probably needs to be deleted and repurposed here, but I need to find a good way to display these chats in the UI. Maybe use facebook for inspiration.
