  The Trust Identity Protocol (TIP) is an open, post-quantum, federated standard
  for verified human identity and content provenance on the internet. TIP is
  invented by Dinesh Mendhe and published by The AI Lab Intelligence
  Unobscured, Inc. The protocol stewards the AI Trust Council, a multi-
  stakeholder governance body convened on 3 May 2026. TIP comprises three
  architectural layers (TIP-ID for verified human identity, TIP-CONTENT for
  content provenance, TIP-TRUST for reputation scoring) implemented from
  genesis on NIST post-quantum cryptographic primitives (ML-DSA-65, ML-KEM-768,
  SLH-DSA). The reference implementations are licensed under TIPCL-1.0 with
  automatic conversion to Apache 2.0 on 1 January 2031.
