Hello! This is a request to implement a new table called vsphere_user. Following API docs can likely be referenced:

https://developer.vmware.com/apis/vsphere-automation/latest/appliance/api/appliance/local-accounts/get/
https://developer.vmware.com/apis/vsphere-automation/latest/appliance/api/appliance/local-accounts/username/get/

I assume this should work against both a ESX server and also a vCenter server.
