The Enchantment glint from certain bees makes it hard to distinguish their colours. This can be especially troublesome for such breeds as Industrious and Imperial, which can be hard to tell apart due to the glint making the colours harder to see, and the fact both of their names start with I, so a cursory glance at them may lead to users getting them confused (that's me, I am the user in this scenario)
Instead, it may be better to use Minecraft's rarity system to make these 'special' bees stand out - This also means bees can be common (white), uncommon (yellow), rare (blue), and epic (pink)
I'm not about to say which bees should be which rarity, but this is potentially a better way of still having these bees be 'special' whilst making them a bit more easy to distinguish.
