Regex for digits pattern fails on negative numbers #306

The pattern for the digits pattern (/^\d+$/) does not recognize negative digits (i.e. -4):

/^\d+$/.test(-65461) returns false.

If this is by design then the pattern should at least be renamed to reflect this.
