README includes unrelated $CMEM promotion links and Solana contract banner

Summary

The top of README.md currently includes:

• Official $CMEM Links
• Bags.fm / Jupiter / Photon / DEXScreener links
• an Official CA Solana contract-address banner

These links are unrelated to installation, usage, troubleshooting, or development of claude-mem.

Why this is a problem

• reduces trust in the project documentation
• looks like documentation pollution rather than product documentation
• makes downstream packagers / security reviewers question repository hygiene

Current state

This is reproducible on the current default branch as of 2026-03-08 by opening README.md.

Expected

Remove the unrelated cryptocurrency promotion block from the README so the document starts with project branding and product documentation only.

Opened PR #1301 for this.

It removes the unrelated $CMEM / Solana promotion block from README.md and adds a regression test so the banner does not quietly return in a future release.
