[Feature Request] Library Manager - "All Installed" section and search functionality

Description
Add an "All Installed" section displaying all installed libraries in one place and implement a quick search/filter functionality.

Problem / Motivation
Currently, libraries are grouped by status (Installed & Up to date, Updatable, Zip Installed, Not Installed, Deprecated). There is no way to quickly browse all installed libraries regardless of installation method, or to quickly search for a specific library.

Proposed Solution
New "All Installed" section showing all installed libraries in a single unified list
Search/filter input field for quickly filtering libraries by name
Real-time filtering as the user types
Additional Context
This would greatly improve library management, especially for users with many installed libraries.
