Semantic versioning or am I doing it wrong?

I have been surprised at times to see that minor updates (eg. 1.12.0 -> 1.13.0) will introduce changes to theme configuration that introduce visual changes. This has come up before, but as an example, my update to v1.13.0 added a border to Drawer. The fix on my end was easy, but it does unsettle me whenever I am doing what I believe to be a bug fix update and I suddenly see unexpected theme changes.

My question is, does flowbite-svelte consider style changes to be a breaking change that should be marked as major version changes? If not, can the release notes at least identify these types of changes so as to not catch people unaware?
