[BUILD][DEPENDS] Broke Linux QT XCB Libs #83
Description
I broke XCB being statically linked during cross compile after 3.0.2 for QT Linux, this was not a main concern as no one was using the QT wallet in linux. That has changed recently so we will need to double check our next version builds extensively. Building natively works but this is not a solution because it results in a non-portable binary.
