Speed up running a sketch in a new window (/preview view)

When I try to save my work either with same name or with different name, it gives me always the same answer in different browsers:

Beside this clicking play button lags really much and I have to click it 3 times to get my project in work.

Does refreshing the page or opening the url in a new window help speed up the play button lag issue?

I can save it now yes. But refreshing the page nor opening the url in a new window does not help with the lag.
