Allow Heimdall to know when people plan to be away, and possibly have him bidirectionally set that up in the PTO calendar as well. Someone who is supposed to be away can then be shooed if they interact in Flowdock (tsk tsk!). More importantly, if they're mentioned, Heimdall can drop a note that they're out and when they will be back.
