Tests tests tests

Heimdall needs tests.

Tests for existing scripts, tests for new scripts, tests for all the things.

This is an epic. and should be broken up into Individual issues which should be completed before closing this issue are:

• Look into available test packages for hubot #110
• Set up heimdall with test packages #111
• Set up tests to run in circle  #112

TODO:
determine how much coverage of existing scripts satisfies requirements of this epic vs/ how much to break up that task (possibly into its own epic, stubbed in #113 )
