How much of the server implementation is working? #61

As I read in the other issues, the server cannot run any applications yet due to auth problems. But would it be possible to just make it visible on android devices? Currently, when I start the server, no chromecast device is appearing anywhere.

Additionally, where can I set any details about the emulated chromecast like its name?
