fixing bug in snp.ld and changing arguments naming to avoid confusion…

update with new gsi_sim linux and mac install instructions

new version to update with gsi_sim new install instruction for Linux and Mac.
After re-installing assigner package, follow the instruction to re-install
the new gsi_sim.
And delete the old binary 'gsisim' in the /usr/local/bin folder
with the following Terminal command: sudo rm /usr/local/bin/gsisim

Introducing subsample and iterations.subsample arguments

subsample and iterations.subsample were implemented to analyse the impact of
sample size on assignment. Usefull in the case of large bias in individuals
between populations. The iterations.subsample argument creates x subsample
dataset.
