Increase base pals or number of bases?

Hi!
To begin with, first thanks for this project!
Now my questions are, are there options to increase the number of bases from 3 to let's say 5?
And since the base gets upgrades to level 20, but I can have only 15 pals, can I increase that as well?

P.S I am running this via portainer and in order for portainer to keep data after a restart I had to add to the yaml in the last lines:

volumes:
- palworld_data:/palworld/

volumes:
palworld_data:`
