Importing/Exporting Manifests between WinGetty and WinGet #71

Hello, I would like to propose a feasibility study regarding the import and export of manifests with WinGetty, in relation to WinGet.
Exporting / Importing Manifests (specific version / latest available version)
• From GitHub to WinGetty
• From WinGetty to another WinGetty server
Questions :
1. Would it be possible to directly import manifests from Winget to WinGetty Server /WinGetty Server or use a Winget API to import packages into WinGetty?
2. Can YAML files (Winget) be added directly into Docker (WinGetty) ?
3. Would it be possible to use a copy-paste method or to import/export YAML files with WinGetty ?
