The Thingylabs Performance Initiative is a scientific study investigating how nutritional and physical health strategies (e.g., ergogenic aids, energy availability, recovery optimization) influence employee health, cognitive performance, and workplace productivity. The study involves:
- Completing an entry survey
- Tracking supplement intake daily for 8 weeks
- Completing weekly assessments of well-being, energy, productivity, and sleep
- Completing an exit survey

- I have read and understood the information about the study
- I understand that my participation is voluntary and I can withdraw at any time
- I agree to create and use a pseudonymous participant code for all study materials
- I consent to the collection and processing of health-related data for scientific research purposes
- I understand that my data will be stored securely and processed in compliance with GDPR
- I understand that my data will be retained for 12 months after the study concludes, after which it will be anonymized or deleted
- I agree that anonymized or aggregated results may be used in scientific publications or presentations
