Dyson's checkout page has a very nice single field you put your address into and it takes care of the rest automatically. Basically like searching for your address on Google Maps
According to Baymard's research, the number of fields required for checkout should be kept to a minimum (~7) to improve its usability and increase conversions
Users should be able to check out without creating an account, and be able to easily create an account at the end of the checkout process for faster checkout next time. Jared Spool explains why.
