"Not found template" and docserv-auxserver

docserv-auxserver generates a manual page not found error page. This is using the notfound.tmpl from the assets.
But not all variables rpm2docserv knows are available for docserv-auxserver, so either you cannot include the normal templates like headers.tmpl and footer.tmpl or you will get errors during rendering because of unknown variables.

Possible solutions:

1. Add all variables to auxserver.idx, but this requires a new, incompatible format
2. Ignore the variables as currently done, which will break the layout
3. rpm2docserv needs to render notfound.tmpl and generates something like a "notfound.html.in" file, where docserv-auxserver only replaces the name of the manual page not found.

I'm in favor of 3.
