The current workflow which generates binaries for mac and linux works for those platforms, but this won't work for windows (since Tun on windows generally relies on wintun, which is a dll). It is also not ideal, as the user has just that, a binary. For instance, on linux a user might want to setup systemd as well (we do now have a basic file for that). As such, it would be better to create full blown installers.
Initially, it is sufficient to create the windows installer (likely using wix), though a linux (probably deb) and macos installer should also follow at some point
