To change the repo name to something that doesn't refer to Merkle distribution #155

Since the Threshold Network rewards distribution mechanism is changing to an automated one, the distribution of rewards will not follow a Merkle distribution algorithm (or, at least, not only).

A more appropriate name could be "Staking Rewards distribution"

Besides this, the README file should be updated consequently.
