Add CI checkings when a new merkle distribution is released

When a new Merkle distribution is generated, a checking process takes place to ensure that rewards have been properly calculated. This process is mainly manual, so it takes several hours and can be error-prone because of human factors.

Adding this checking to CI adds more transparency to the process and can avoid mistakes.

Some of the checkings can be:

• Is there enough T in Claimable Rewards and Future Rewards proxies?
• Reward amounts properly calculated?
• tBTCv2 elegibility
