Trouble installing on Windows 10. R 4.2.2

Hello, i try: remotes::install_github('tiagodc/TreeLS')
But i receive this message:

When i try install from CRAN, i receive this error:

install.packages("TreeLS")

I try back to old R versions and install, but don't work.
