When I run document(), I see:

The decor package(s) are required for this functionality

which seems to come from cpp11.

I fixed this by simply installing it, but should decor be in Suggests?

I tend to think it's OK to omit from Suggests. I think it's analogous to roxygen2, which we also never list in Suggests.
