Requested Feature
Excel is able to hide rows. This can be done manually by the user from excel, but this can also be automatically imposed by an Autofilter set by the user. It would be nice if this package allows an optional argument that ignores any hidden rows/columns from being loaded in the data frame. The default behaviour should be that all rows are read, just as is the case in the current version of openxlsx. By toggling the optional argument it would be possible to ignore the hidden rows/columns.
Would it be possible to implement such a feature?
