Repo should be stored under organization, not privately

@tigerhawkvok Do you mean here that the MDD should be stored under an ASM-based github account, or else an MDD-based one? Currently neither exist. What is easiest in terms of you still being able to push commits, etc?

If an organization for the ASM is created, that'd do the job. I'd just need to be added as an admin to the organization, then I can transfer the repo (in fact I think it's a prerequisite to the transfer!)

It'd be completely transparent for me, and all existing links would silently forward.
