I’ve run into the same problem. The latest Vivint update now requires all devices logging in to input a security code sent via text, but there is no way currently to do that. I’ve tried contacting them about it but haven’t figured out a work around yet. I don’t think this is something homebridge can get around, but let me know if I’m wrong. I suggest petitioning Vivint to allow us to accept or deny decide logins from the app instead of using a text.
New Vivint update requires 2FA. When attempting to login via plugin a security code is sent to mobile & email. Plugin returns error on status page.
