When we choose a large time window, say last 12 hours, if there are a lot of data, it seems that only recent X data points are shown in the chart. We need to know what is the maximum rows the data source will send to the front end and how many data points can be rendered in the frontend.
Maybe one solution is to dynamically change the SQL to generate less data points via a proper tumble or GROUP BY
