Detect deprecated content

This is the "related content" of the hypertables view.

As you see it adds links to deprecated content like data_nodes.

I added the deprecated notice on #3547 but it would be great if we can avoid suggesting pages of deprecated features.

Idea: allow pages to have deprecated: true and avoid related links to contain deprecated content.
