Safari fails to display Alert messages #14

When using in Safari, alert messages fail to be displayed that are usually shown to user when certain control options are changed or certain events occur.
These are custom alert messages implemented within the applications, so the problems is most likely a styling issue which causes the alerts to be hidden.
This issue was found on Safari for iOS; it is unknown if it effects Safari for desktop.
