Register button issue

Description:

• Overview: When attempting to register a team, if I click the register button 3 times, 3 same teams will be created.

• Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the registration page and register a team.
  2. Enter valid details.
  3. Click more than one time, on the register button.

• Expected Behavior:

  • Should only create one team from one account, even after clicking the register button more than one time.

• Actual Behavior:

  • Creates as much teams as the no of times I have clicked the register button.

• Screenshots / Recordings:

  • here, when I clicked 3 times on the register button while registering, three same teams has been created from one Mail ID.
