colors are wrong / unreadable

I am using the tokyonight-moon theme but the neovim theme isn't stylix it is the tokyonight plugin

I find the code unreadable and also the ui/file-tree/statusline text could be brighter

I've just linked this issue to an issue we have open in our schemes repo since this is actually related to the scheme itself and not base16-zed.

Dark schemes should move from a dark to light from base00 to base07 and this scheme doesn't do that:
