If the whole data set does not fit into memory only load the ones that are currently needed.

  • ask JY how to store/load data subsets from one big data set
    Question is how to produce the output file.:
  • one file per time-point
  • save subsequently to h5
  • also: save the drift-correction coordinates and apply them later
