[RFE] Add static configurable table echo'ing

Do one of the following:

1) Add a configuration option where a static table can be completely configured. This includes # of columns, column headers, #of rows, cell values, etc. 

2) Add a static table with name, #round wins, and K/D ratio for the assassination game.
#2 is way easier, but is pretty damn specific to be adding into the project. #1 would be best, but would take much more time.
