Why is'nt this start.

Hi I am new to programming and I wanted to create twisted layers of TMDCs. I came across this and I have install Bicrystal. created environment as per suggestion. and as it says it has interactive version just type bicrystal and everything will start but error is coming no bicrystal: command not found.. I don't know whats wrong.
