Add UM Users error message could be more descriptive #442

Select Add UM users
Select 1 section at a time
Select an existing section
Upload a file with a bad uniqname (does not have a Canvas account)
The error message states “The specified resource does not exist.”

Could this message more clearly indicate the user does not exist?
