Automatic Blind Rolls

Provide an option to specify that certain rolls (e.g., specific skill rolls) should be automatically rolled as blind rolls, without the user having to specifically specify they are blind rolls. There should be a configuration setting that turns it on, and also allows you to specify which rolls should be blind.

The automatic blind roll should only operate if the current roll was made as a "Public Roll". If the roll is instead made as any other type of roll (Self Roll, etc.) then this processing should not occur.
