[Feature Request] Integrate pangu.js for improved CJK-English text formatting

I'd like to suggest integrating pangu.js into Affine’s editor to enhance formatting. It automatically inserts proper spacing between CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) and half-width characters (alphabetical letters, numerical digits and symbols), improving both readability and visual consistency.

If this feature is not within the priority consideration of affine team, I am also interested in contributing this feature through a pull request. However, I need some guidance - specifically, regarding where the formatting logic should be applied in the current codebase, and any architectural considerations I should be aware of.
