Tracking issue: numeric, auto-incrementing ID fields

This is tracking work that will still need to happen *after* #192 lands. The PR is big, getting it merged sooner than later is ideal.

* [ ] cleanup mysql hacks in `exec/exec_statement.rs` and the driver op.
* [ ] Expand test coverage, all tests should run with uuid IDs and auto incrementing IDs (when supported)
