OT Web Reporter issue

Occasionally I am seeing the web reporter showing time stamps in the future, but a reload fixes this immediately. I am NOT saying it;'s necessarily an issue with OT, just throwing this in here in case others see it too :)

The other thing I see is, with a Minitiouner using dual FTDI chips, OT launches but sees neither receiver. Swapping over USB cables from PC port to PC port often, but not always, fixes this on relaunching OT, as does, (seemingly...) pausing for about ten seconds before clicking the "Connect" button. This is quite a regular occurrence.
