RPM: No setuid permission on /usr/lib64/authbind/helper ? #5

Description

When installing the latest authbind-2.1.1-0.1.x86_64.rpm on CentOS 6.5 I noticed that it didn't work: I could bind to port 80 as non-root user (permission error).

I think it is due to the setuid bit on /usr/lib64/authbind/helper not being set by the rpm, after setting it authbind works and I can bind as non-root to ports < 1024.
