Mailto text link double encoding #86

If the text for mailto links contains special characters, the text will show as the HTML encoded equivalent.

If the link is defined as:

[<Mail To Text> "&" Special Chars](mailto:[email protected])

It will display on the users screen as:

&lt;Mail To Text&gt; &quot;&amp;&quot; Special Chars

This only happens for mailto links.
