Use with long-reads

Hello,

Thanks for the tool. I would like to ask if it's possible to use it with long-reads (ONT) and if so, which parameters should be adjusted in parascopy depth and cn (since it seems there are some specific parameters tuned for reads with mates (eg: upaired-perc, mate-dist, etc)).
