Contact form don't work after install shortcode or lightslider plugin

There is problem with contact form after install the plugin, shortcode or lightslider.
Any suggestions?

Hi, it works with shortcode and lightslider, but still have problem with other plugins.
After install the plugins below, the contact form will not appear.
1)Shortcode UI;
2)unitegallery;

I see that you still have an old of the theme on sunfree-led.com.

I test them on local server(xampp) with new version x-corporation theme. Not working with Shortcode UI or Unitegallery plugin.

What template do you use? Most of the modular templates don't show the content so if you put the shortcode or gallery in the content, it is never shown.
